The Ruger AR-556 MPR in .350 Legend is a hunting-focused modern sporting rifle with a 16.38 inch cold hammer-forged nitrided barrel. A radial-port muzzle brake on 1/2"-28 threads reduces felt recoil and muzzle movement. Magpul MOE SL collapsible stock, Magpul MOE grip, and a slim 15 inch free-float M-LOK handguard give a light, adjustable setup.

The Ruger Elite 452 two-stage trigger provides a crisp 4.5 pound pull with a full-strength hammer spring and a lightweight hammer for a faster lock time. A mil-spec 9310 bolt is machined and shot peened, and the bolt carrier and staked gas key are chrome-plated inside. The 7075-T6 flat-top upper is Type III hard-coat anodized and includes a forward assist, dust cover, and brass deflector. A pistol-length gas system and an optimized feed ramp support reliable function. One 5-round magazine is included.

This MPR is well suited for hunting where a compact .350 Legend AR is desired. The 1:16 twist, 6.6 lb. weight, and 5+1 capacity keep recoil and handling manageable. Adjustable length of pull from 11.10 to 14.40 inches lets the rifle fit a range of shooters and clothing.
